What do I do if I lose something?
If you have lost something, please let the nearest station attendant know, or ask at Senri-Chuo Station.
When asking about missing items, please be able to describe anything unique about it, as well as the time and place you were on the train, and any other information that you can remember.

If Someone Other Than the Person Who Lost the Item Comes to Pick it Up

Print out and fill out the proxy authorization form (PDF: 83KB) if someone other than the person who lost the item is picking it up. In this case, the person who is picking up the item (the proxy) needs to show identification (such as a driver's license or health insurance card)

Where Lost Items are Kept

The item lost will be kept at the station it was found the day that it was found.
It will be moved to Senri-Chuo Station the next day. All lost items are moved to the Toyonaka Police Station once a week on Wednesdays
However, lost commuter passes may be processed differently.

Where can I exchange currency?
You cannot exchange currency at any Osaka Monorail stations. It is possible to exchange currency at the Osaka International Airport (ITAMI), inside Expo City, and at the Senri-Chuo Branch of the Mitsui Sumitomo Bank.
What do I do if I buy the wrong ticket?
Please let the station attendant know you have done so before boarding the monorail.
Is there a wheelchair accessible route to Panasonic Stadium Suita?
For wheelchair access to Panasonic Stadium Suita, please use Koen-Higashiguchi Station. Please see the following page for more details.
Is there free Wi-Fi for tourists from overseas?
There is Wi-Fi available at all stations near the vending machine areas close to the entrance and on the platforms.
